When we first met with the realtor, she had expressed concern about not enough interest and having it stay stagnant for more than a month. After our initial consultation visit we instantly could see the potential just waiting to come to life and were eager to get our hands on it. This was Geri’s first time staging and with some initial concern about the value we can offer, we were happy to explain the process and the owners were eager to begin.

While the owners had updated the stove with a new stainless steel model, there was an older white fridge in place when we first walked through. We made the recommendation to upgrade the fridge, and we think you’ll agree!
